Amanda Has roots from Poland and her father has worked with many different Italian restaurants. She is a 3 branch Military Veteran of the Navy, Army, and Airforce. He is a Police officer from Capitol Police and has a minor in organized Crime. His appreciation of his education had him come up with the business name. She has been baking since she was 5 and in December of 2020 one of their children wanted a red velvet cake. When they couldn't find one anywhere She made one from scratch. The family liked it so much they said she should make it a business. In 2021 she competed in the Manassas Historic District Jolly Ol Confectionaries and the Tiramisu Cupcake won 3rd place! The business started then and in 2022 they started at the farmers Market in Manassas city. She entered her strawberry Rhubarb pie in the 4th of July Contest of 2022 and won 1st place! Doing well they started thinking about expanding and how they can do even BETTER.
