You can't ask for anything more from a gym. People that are complaining on here are princesses. You go there to pick things up and put things down. People sweat and grunt. Besides that, they have other things to appeal to many other likes. The cardio section, the , albeit small, Crossfit section, the plethora of machines on the upper level, the cardio theater, pole dancing class, 'bicycle room' (I don't know what you call that, lol)! And of course all the things you'd expect like showers, sauna, day care, smoothie bar.
Perfect for my needs and much brighter and cleaner than Lakeridge & Lorton Golds. I love the cardio section and the entire upstairs area. The sauna is super small but always hot when I go and I usually have it to myself :) The staff is hit or miss in terms of greeting you when you walk in - I'm big on this!! - but they are helpful when you get their attention.
Staff is friendly, helpful and go out of their way if you need something/help. Been going here for over a year and have really enjoyed being a part of the community here! Gym is also kept clean which is always a plus!
Been coming here regularly for about 8 months now, and I have to say that I am very pleased. This placed is packed with all the equipment you need to get a good workout. The Atmosphere here is always friendly, both staff and members. I usually go late evenings after work (~7pm) and it tends to get a little crowded, but that's typical in any gym. Have yet to run into the problem of equipment not being available for long periods of time. Overall a great gym.
The instructors will give you the push you need to get you addicted to the best feeling of feeling strong physically and mentally!
The staff will treat you like family and truly care about your success.

I've been working out in this golds gym for 3 years, the family who runs this place is lovely and super professional, the staff are really committed to help you out with any of your questions. Equipment in this place is awesome, tons of machines, all of them always work, perfect covid measures. This place is a Swiss clock. Congrats guys!!
Nice, clean gym. Very spacious and never too crowded. Dustin and the staff are true professionals who are always happy to help.
